From 17 to 23 June in the suburbs of Paris, the most prestigious aviation forum Le Bourget 2019 is held. Now there are hundreds of Ukrainian aviator students who are the winners of the Aviator 2019 student competition. The initiator and organizer of the project is the Borys Kolesnikov Charity Fund, which for 11 years has been providing comprehensive support to students of technical specialties of Ukraine, encourages talented young people to travel to leading specialized forums around the world. During such visits, the guys adopt best practices, communicate with specialists, pass master classes, and see the new industries first.
In April, one hundred Aviator winners were awarded a trip to France by the Fund. Students of 22 technical and aviation universities of the country for four days become acquainted with the French capital and the achievements of the global aviation industry, visit the stands and chalets of the leading players in the aviation market and sign lucrative contracts!

On June 19, a cooperation agreement was signed at Le Bourget between Progresstech-Ukraine and Igor Kalienko, one of the winners of the Aviator 2019 competition, a graduate of the National Aerospace University H.E. Zhukovsky "Kharkiv Aviation Institute". A talented and promising young engineer- structural analyst joined the ranks of developers and designers of the company that is working on Boeing projects. “This is a pleasant surprise for me, and a big responsibility. Thanks to everyone who believes in me and my strength – to the close ones, to the Borys Kolesnikov Fund for the victory in Aviator, Progresstech-Ukraine company for the opportunity to show their abilities,” – Igor Kalienko shares his impressions.
“It is not the first time that we are taking “graduates”of the Aviator project into our team. These are educated, competent, intelligent young people who contribute to the development of the aviation industry, construct new aircraft. Such specialists are our future and the future of aviation,” – Andrei Fialkovsky, the director of Progresstech-Ukraine, stresses.

The President of the Charity Fund is also proud of the winners of the large-scale project. “Ukraine did not bring a single plane to Le Bourget, but in France, the Ukrainian youth demonstrate excellent erudition, intellect, brilliant knowledge, which are valued by leading companies in Ukraine and the world. Our task is to form a young elite of the country, a new generation of specialists, open the whole world before them, but make sure that they work and develop in Ukraine, build a domestic aviation industry,” – Borys Kolesnikov says.
We recall that during the 2017 Le Bourget Air Forum 2017 a similar cooperation agreement was signed between the winner of Aviator 2017 Alexey Lozov and the representative of Boeing in Ukraine - Progresstech-Ukraine Company.
