An appeal to the city council was registered on the website of electronic petitions of Pokrovsk. The petition deals with improving the work of the railway station.

The initiator of the appeal was Gorina Larisa Yuryevna, who proposes to slightly change the schedule of suburban trains Avdeevka-Chaplino and Chaplino-Avdeevka, adjusting their arrival time in the city to the arrival of the night train Kyiv-Pokrovsk.
“It is advisable that passengers arriving in Pokrovsk have the opportunity to reach their settlements by suburban trains. Today, electric trains are sent in both directions 10-15 minutes before the night train arrives, which makes such a trip impossible,” – the description to the petition says.
