From 13 to 18 May, the chef Sergey Vidulin conducts master classes for local residents at the School of Cooking Art in Konstantinovka.
From Monday to Wednesday, he was teaching everyone to cook Mediterranean dishes, and from Thursday to Saturday he will tell about the intricacies of cooking Asian dishes.
His classes were attended not only by adults, but also by schoolchildren from the village of Shakhovo in the Dobropolsky district, who determine their future profession. On Saturday, students of the school No. 22 of Kramatorsk will cook.
“I always come to the School of Cooking Art with great pleasure. This is an excellent initiative of the Borys Kolesnikov Fund, the purpose of which is to increase the level of knowledge and skills of students of food specialties in vocational schools and lyceums, as well as to give everyone the opportunity to learn from the best chefs in Ukraine for free. I try to make my master classes exciting and interesting, so I instill a love for cooking art,” – Sergey Vidulin said.
We recall that in March the School of Cooking Art was opened by the Borys Kolesnikov Fund on the basis of the Professional Lyceum of Konstantinovka (Konstantinovka, Evropeyskaya St., 78).
