One of the leaders of the OPPOSITION BLOC, Alexander Vilkul, met with the workforce of the metallurgical plant PJSC DMP (Kamenskoe, Dnipropetrovsk region). During the meeting, he discussed with the employees of the enterprise the upcoming parliamentary elections and the program of the OPPOSITION BLOC called “New Industrialization”, which envisages a sectoral revival of Ukrainian industry.
“We offer only a policy of protecting Ukrainian national interests. In parliament, we will be a stabilizing anchor, which will not allow the country to rock in one direction or the other,” –one of the leaders of the OPPOSITION BLOC said.
According to Alexander Vilkul, the result of the “New Industrialization” will be the preservation and creation of new jobs, attraction of investments, promotion of the national product on world markets, improvement of the economy, stable exchange rate of the national currency, growth of wages and contributions to the budget.
“Implementing our program of the “New Industrialization”, we will find ways of financial recovery of your metallurgical plant. People will be provided with work, decent wages and confidently look to the future. The illiterate economic policy of the authorities turns Ukraine into a seller of commodity goods. Our goal is to make Ukraine a competitive player on the world market,” – the politician emphasized.

The company was founded in 1889. About 9500 people work at the plant. In the first half of 2019, PJSC Dneprovsky Metal Plant supplied its products to 30 countries of the world.
