After the introduction of the electricity market reform, energy services to residents of the Donbass began to be provided by more than one regional power distribution company. This is now done by the distribution system operator and the supplier company. And residents of the Donetsk region began to convey the meter readings to the supplier company - DTEK DONETSK GRIDS JSC.

Someone does it through a personal account, someone through SMS informing. It is not difficult for someone who can do it. But many consumers are trying to get through to the service provider in the old fashioned way. And in vain, in the first two and last days of the month, when the readings are taken, it is very difficult to get through to it because of tens of thousands of consumers from all cities of Donetsk region.

If you do not convey the readings, the payment may not be charged exactly. That is, take into account the average readings in recent months. But most often in the winter citizens spend more electricity than in summer. So it turns out that the readings of consumers and service providers do not match. It is necessary to go to the DTEK Center, where there are always a lot of people, and it is necessary to figure this situation out.

In the customer service center of Konstantinovka we were prompted by another very simple way to convey meter readings. This is for those who does not “get along” with the Internet and cannot reach the phone numbers indicated. In the last two and two first days of each month (except weekends), the statements are posted in the building of the supplier company.

You can enter your name, address, phone number, personal account and meter readings there. And then this data is used in the formation of your bills. The DTEK DONETSK GRIDS JSC also has a hotline telephone number: 0-800-500-473, where you can get help with the problems that have arisen in supplier-consumer relations.

We also reported on how do residents of the Donetsk region save electricity.
