At the end of August, Ukraine’s state debt fell by $ 0.5 billion and currently stands at $ 81.92 billion.

The agency also notes that the national debt in UAH equivalent decreased by 0.51 billion UAH - up to 2.067.13 billion UAH.
As of August 31, external debt amounted to 1,250.87 billion UAH (60.51% of the total debt) or $ 49.57 billion, domestic debt - 816.26 billion UAH (39.72%) or 32.35 billion dollars.
The state debt of Ukraine amounted to 1 809.86 billion UAH (87.55% of the total debt) or 71.73 billion dollars. State-guaranteed debt amounted to UAH 257.26 billion (12.45%) or $ 10.20 billion.
We recall that over the previous two months, the state debt of Ukraine grew by four billion dollars and amounted to 82.4 billion dollars.
At the same time, according to the results of 2018, the state debt as a whole grew by 2.6%, or by 2.02 billion dollars to 78.32 billion dollars. A year earlier, state debt increased by 7.5%, or 5.33 billion dollars to 76.31 billion dollars.
