5 trucks with humanitarian supplies from the International Committee of the Red Cross drove to the temporarily occupied territories of the Donbass through the Novotroitskoye Checkpoint.
This was reported by the press service of the State Border Guard Service.
“5 trucks with humanitarian supplies crossed the “Novotroitskoye” Checkpoint. Medical equipment, hygiene products and food kits from the International Committee of the Red Cross with a total weight of 91.1 tons were sent to residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions,” – the report says.
The border guards note that all checkpoints on the border line have been opened according to the summer work schedule and are functioning normally.
“Passenger traffic on the border line has increased. 44.8 thousand people and 5,000 vehicles followed the past day through the checkpoint,” – the State Border Guard Service reported.
