The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has appointed the date of inauguration of the newly elected President Vladimir Zelensky on May 20. 315 deputies voted аor the draft resolution No. 10270-2 on the solemn meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, dedicated to taking the oath to the Ukrainian people by the newly elected President of Ukraine, UNN reports.
The project provides for holding a ceremonial meeting of parliament at 10:00 AM on May 20, 2019 in the meeting room of the Verkhovna Rada, devoted to taking the oath to the Ukrainian people by the newly elected President of Ukraine.
Deputies supported the introduction of appropriate changes in the schedule of the Verkhovna Rada.
