"During Saturday - Sunday, the thermometer will still jump, the air in the capital will heat up to +26 ... +29 degrees," – the forecaster added.
She clarified that the air temperature is going to Ukraine from southern latitudes.
“Almost all of Europe on Sunday will be covered with heat and even strong, up to +40 degrees, the heat will be hot on July 21 in southern Ukraine, in the east and sometimes in the center, +28 ... +33 degrees, and in the rest of the territory +25 ... +30 degrees,” – Didenko emphasized.
The average temperature in June in the capital was +23.6 degrees, which is 5.4 degrees higher than the climatic norm.
