In connection with the steady dry weather and the fifth level of emergency fire danger established in the territory of the Donetsk region, an order was issued by the head of the regional state administration, the head of the regional military and civil administration. This order was needed to prevent fires in the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, so there are bans to visit the forests and the forest belts of the region in the fire danger period of 2019.
Due to this, it is forbidden not only to visit conifers by the population, but also to enter the forest fund (except for transit routes) of transport and other mechanisms, except for those intended for forestry purposes; making fires in forest belts; burning grass and other plant residues; smoke and leave burning matches and cigarette butts; to store and burn garbage, construction residues, household waste in forests.
According to the management of the agro-industrial development of the Konstantinovsky district state administration, in connection with the implementation of the document cited above, forest strip raids, citizens' gatherings in villages, meetings with workers and heads of agricultural enterprises, village heads, deputies and public activists were organized. The situation in the admin territory is monitored and controlled.
