Decent education and the creation of new jobs will allow young people in the Donetsk region to stay in their homeland, and not to look for a better life abroad, the opposition leader Borys Kolesnikov assures.

Today, high-quality education and a further opportunity to live and work in the homeland, and not to look for work abroad, is what is so lacking for young people entering adulthood. These problems have always been ignored by the previous government, the Prime Minister of the opposition government said.

It was on the quality of education that emphasis was placed during a meeting of the well-known politician Borys Kolesnikov with the residents of the village council of Novodmitrovka in the territory of the local lyceum. A worthy material and technical base of secondary specialized educational institutions is just what the younger generation needs for a high-quality educational process, Borys Viktorovich is convinced. What is necessary to do for this? As for Konstantinovka and the district, here, the politician believes, the agrarian lyceum needs to strengthen the material and technical base and teaching staff.

- We have political scientists, lawyers, economists, political consultants, but there are no good combine operators, machine operators, agronomists. Representatives of these professions are always in demand in the village. Especially now, when the village should develop. Currently, 10 mini-projects are being considered to create new food enterprises in the villages. For example, you can create a small confectionery factory or a plant for the production of tomato paste. All western Ukraine today develops berries and orchards. This can be taken as a basis for the development of our region, then young specialists will be in demand in the villages,” – Borys Kolesnikov noted.

As for the development of secondary school education, in the opinion of the opposition prime minister, it is also necessary to switch to modern teaching methods. For example, it is possible to use Discovery Channels in geography and history lessons, which will expand the horizons of schoolchildren.
