Vladimir Zelensky appointed Sergey Shefir as the First Assistant to the President of Ukraine.

The corresponding presidential decree No. 305/2019 dated May 21 is published on the president’s website.

“To appoint Shefir Sergey Nakhmanovich as the First Assistant to the President of Ukraine,” – the document says.

Sergey Shefir was born in 1964, graduated from the Krivoy Rog Mining Institute, he I screenwriter and producer, co-founder of Studio Quarter 95.

We would like to also recall that Zelensky appointed Ruslan Homchak as the Chief of the General Staff, dismissing Victor Muzhenko.
