According to the decision of the executive committee of the city council, the heating season began on October 22 in Konstantinovka. That is, the payment for heating to residents of apartment buildings must be paid for 10 days. So it turns out that at current rates (36.11 per square meter), it was necessary to pay about 530 UAH for a two-room apartment of 44 square meters.
But in October it was very warm, and the public utilities applied the correction coefficient of the month in calculating the payment (the Decree by the Cabinet of Ministers No. 1037 dated 10.30.2015). And, as we were told at Konstantinovkateploset, in October this coefficient was 0.30746. If it is multiplied by the amount of payment for one square meter, it turns out 11.10 UAH (36.11 UAH. X 0.30746).
So it’s necessary to pay for the heated days of October three times less. And, then, for the heating of the above-mentioned "two-room apartment" you have to pay a little over 150 UAH.
