A dangerous treasure was found by a local resident on his street.
A bag of grenades and explosives was discovered on the outskirts of Konstantinovka, according to the communications department of the National Police in the Donetsk region.
An explosive arsenal was found on the street by a local resident. He told the police about it. The investigative-operational group of the police station of Konstantinovka worked on the spot. During the inspection, law enforcement authorities seized 10 grenades, more than 1000 rounds of ammunition, 6 TNT blocks and fuses.
The dangerous finding was at a distance of about a kilometer from residential buildings. Law enforcement officers ensured safety during the survey of the cache. Ammunition and explosives were seized by employees of the State Emergency Service for further disposal.
Since the beginning of the year, police in the Donetsk region seized 537 grenades, 112 firearms, and 80 kg of explosives.
