The Cabinet of Ministers decided to strengthen activities to combat “shadow” employment, Hvylya reports with reference to the "Government portal".
The corresponding decree was developed by the Ministry of Social Policy. The purpose of the document is to realize the unshadowing of labor relations. In other words, we are talking about the fight against unreported employment, schemes in which labor relations are masked by relations between entrepreneurs.
“The order provides for strengthening the coordination of public authorities in issues of explanatory work, the implementation of measures to identify the facts of using undeclared labor, as well as reviewing acts of the executive branch and amending them to strengthen control over the registration of labor relations,” – the report said.
It is believed that the implementation of this order will contribute to strengthening discipline on the payment of taxes and a unified social tax.
