Subsidies-2018: different addresses – income multiplied by two

When allocating a subsidy to husband and wife, registered at different addresses, their incomes will be taken into account twice.

Changes in the allocation of subsidies concern more than half of Ukrainian families. People are rushing about in search of way out: how to keep the subsidy? Someone is trying to unregister the family members who is working abroad, someone, and many of them, is filing for divorce. This applies to a husband and wife, registered at different addresses.

According to Tatyana Miroshnichenko, the head of the department for receiving citizens of the Social Services office of Konstantinovska, now, wherever a legitimate husband is registered, his income will be counted when allocating a subsidy at the place of registration of his wife and children. But that's not all.

At the place of registration of a husband, the incomes of a wife and minor children (if they receive a scholarship) will also be counted. So it turns out that the incomes of both spouses will be taken into account twice. For example, a wife and son are registered at the same address. Before calculating the subsidy, the wife's salary and the son's scholarship were counted.

And the incomes of a husband registered with his mother were taken into account when allocating a subsidy to their address. Now the husband's income will be taken into account when allocating a subsidy to his wife. And when the husband's mother applies to the subsidy, then in addition to her pension and the son's salary, the salary of the daughter-in-law and the grandson's scholarship will be taken into account.
