Meteorologists report that the change in weather conditions for the worse will begin on March 19. The amount of precipitation will reach 10-15 cm.
The air temperature will be 10-16 degrees below zero. The southern part will feel up to 10 degrees below zero.
Rescuers ask to keep this in mind while driving on roads. In addition, there is likely a disruption of traffic in the central and eastern part of the region. Workers of energy, municipal and construction sectors will also have some difficulties.
