Laboratory engaged in producing amphetamine was eliminated in Mariupol

The resident of Mariupol had learned to synthesize a dangerous psychotropic substance and organized a whole laboratory at home, the police department of the Donetsk region reports.

As it turned out, the resident of the Kalmius district of the Sartana village was engaged in the manufacture of narcotic substance for a year in the laboratory, which he had built on his backyard. The malefactor were selling the goods to the resident of the Primorsky district of the city, born in 1983, who distributed amphetamine among the local population for 500-550 UAH per gram of substance.

Police investigators conducted searches at places of residence and in cars of the seller and the buyer and seized 31 grams of narcotic, 100 grams of precursor, laboratory utensils, scales, devices and equipment for production.

All seized things were sent for examination, and criminal proceedings were opened against violators in accordance with Part 2 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
