Government of Ukraine banned the activities of traditional practitioners

No more advertising in Ukraine like "the healer Katerina will relieve all diseases".

This week, the government approved a bill banning the main medical department to issue permits to citizens for the occupation of traditional medicine. And, moreover, it prohibited advertising of such activities in the media, and elsewhere.

The Cabinet believes that this innovation will save Ukrainians from all light-fingered people, who profit off of someone's health. And if the bill becomes law, then no traditional practitioner will receive permission from the Ministry of Healthcare to treat patients.

According to Ulyana Suprun, the Acting Minister of Healthcare, patients should be treated by professionals, it is necessary to do so in medical institutions. Nobody can guarantee the safety of treatment by “healers”.
