European Union is ready to allocate money for two infrastructure projects in Mariupol

Hugues Mingarelli, the Head of the EU Delegation to Ukraine, said that the EU was ready to provide financial support for two infrastructure projects in Mariupol.

It is about the construction of the road Mariupol - Nikolaev and the improvement of the railway communication with Zaporizhia.

It is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine.

"Now we are talking about the development of a preliminary feasibility study of both projects with the involvement of funding from the European Investment Bank," – the message said.

The head of the ministry, Vladimir Omelyan, noted that the issues of strengthening the security of the region were in the special attention of the president.
